What is the difference between Neuventure and Big Four?
We are not an accounting firm, we are a consulting company. Accounting firms must be independent while we represent client's interests. Accounting firms are labor intensive while we are knowledge intensive. Clients benefit from the value-added advice we deliver and pay us on hourly rates.

What is my career development opportunity?
You start with us as an Assistant. You will be promoted to Consultant, Manager or Director if you are able to perform. You will stay in each of these levels for 3 years until you become a director.

What are the compensation and benefit plans?
We benchmark with reputable multinational companies. Compensation increase between each level is up to 100%, while within the same level has annual adjustments. We offer significant amount of pension scheme, housing, medical and car purchase allowances to employees. Managers above are entitled to stock option or profit sharing plans. We encourage employees to work life long with us.

Do I have to obtain CICPA qualification?
Yes and no. Employees without CICPA or equivalent qualification cannot be promoted to managers. Equivalent qualifications include ACCA, AICPA, CGA, CA, CIA etc.
